Kamiah Barbeque Days

In 1936, a group of community minded merchants began to offer a free barbeque dinner as a way of saying thank you to area residents for their patronage. Today, thousands of residents, former residents, and visitors take part in BBQ Days - and the event continues to grow each year. Eastern Idaho State Fair

An annual tradition, the 2015 Eastern Idaho State Fair runs from September 5 - 12. Open Labor Day Weekend, beginning with the parade at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, and ending with the Demolition Derby on Saturday, September 12. A 16 County Fair which includes - Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, Oneida, Power, and Teton. Agricultural heritage, of course, is the base of the Fair. Exhibitors from all over travel to the Fair to show their horses, goats, cattle, swine, sheep, and poultry to compete for cash prizes. Prizes are also given in competitions such as needlecraft, photography, cooking, sugar art, antiques, and flowers. FREE entertainment on the Free Stages and in the West Events Area. Over 200 commercial exhibitors, 70 concessionaires, free entertainment, home arts and livestock exhibits, and more

Moscow Fall Farmer's Market 2015

The Farmers Market is a popular Moscow tradition that was established in 1977. The Saturday morning event celebrates local farmers, artists, craftspeople and musicians by providing them with an opportunity to interact directly with the community and its visitors. Highlights include fresh produce, meat, delicious homemade baked goods, healthy nursery plants, beautiful flowers and quality handmade crafts.
