RNR RV Center is Eastern Washington's Largest Recreational Vehicle Dealership, Locally-owned and family-operated since 1991,RnR is a progressive Northwest RV Company searching for the right candidate to join our growing team as an RV Technician Trainee.
We have openings at All locations: Liberty Lake, Spokane North Location & Lewiston
Do you have skills in auto repair, general and home maintenance?
You may have a future as an RV Technician, earning top dollar in an exciting & growing industry. We will train the right candidate to be a Certified RV Repair Technician, as we actively strive to RVDA certify all of our Service Technicians.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Individuals with good mechanical ability to diagnose and repair RV systems and accessories
- Professionals with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, apartment and home maintenance, carpentry as well as appliance maintenance experience
- Provides and documents complete diagnostic, repair or replacement services to customers
- Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing RV equipment and structure
- Keeps track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement
- Keeps supervisor appraised of work progress
- Ensures that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) helpful, but not required
- 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification helpful but not required
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Prolonged periods of standing, stopping, crawling and bending
- May lift up to 25lbs and/or move up to 1200lbs with assistive devices
- Must comply with Federal, State and Local standards and requirements
- Must furnish own hand/shop tools
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs
- You must be able to communicate in written form to be considered
